Align & Shine is the labour of love of two sisters - one Pilates trained, one Pilates obsessed - who spent a long time apart before deciding to build something together. With roots in the south of France and South Africa - two territories steeped in craftsmanship - the sisters care deeply about quality, and have applied it to this space. What's coming is a studio: reformer work for every level, heated and unheated mat, and a wellness area - sauna, cold plunge, matcha in hand to unwind.
Six hundred metres from the sea, close enough that the salt in the air finds its way into the room. The haven runs fully off-grid.
