Align & Shine is the labour of love of two sisters - one Pilates trained, one Pilates obsessed - who spent a long time apart before deciding to build something together. What's coming is a studio: reformer work for every level, heated and unheated mat, and a wellness space - sauna, cold plunge, matcha in hand to unwind.
